Composition: Solifenacin Succinate

Indication: Symptomatic treatment of urge incontinence &/or increased urinary frequency & urgency in patients with overactive bladder syndrome .

Dosage : Adult & elderly 5 mg once daily, may be increased to 10 mg once daily. Patients with severe renal impairment or moderate or severe hepatic impairment max 5 mg/ day.

Contraindication: Urinary retention, severe GI condition, myasthenia gravis, narrow angle glaucoma, patients undergoing hemodialysis, severe renal impairment, severe or moderate hepatic impairment

Special Precautions: Significant bladder outflow obstruction, GI obstruction disorders & decreased GI mortility, severe renal & moderate to severe hepatic impairment, pregnancy & lactation

Adverse Reactions: Dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, dry eyes, dry skin .

Drug Interactions: Ketoconazole, ritonavir, nelfinavir, itraconazole, verapamil, diltiazem, rifampicin, phenytoin, carbamazepine
