Composition : Tamsulosin HCL
Indication : Bladder outlet disturbance associated w/ Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
Dosage: 0.2-0.4 mg once daily .
Take after meals. Place on the tongue & allow to dissolve, then swallow w/ saliva or water
Contraindication: severe renal, hepatic dysfunctions, co-administration w/ vardenafil HCL
Special Precautions : orthostatic hypertension, hepatic & mild to moderate renal dysfunctions, Intra-op floppy iris symdrome (IFIS), may impair ability to drive or operate machinery.
Adverse Reaction : dizziness, giddiness, headache, sleepiness, orthostatic hypotension, tachycardia, palpitation, nasal obstruction
Drug Interaction : antihypertension, sildenafil citrate, valdernafil HCL
Preparations: dispersible tablet 0.2 mg x 2 x 14

Drug Interactions: Concurrent administration of other α1-adrenoceptor antagonists could lead to hypotensive effects.

Composition: solifenacin succinate
Indication: symptomatic treatment of urge incontinence &/or increased urinary frequency & urgency in patients w/ overactive bladder syndrome .
Dosage : adult & elderly 5 mg once dailt, may be increased to 10 mg once daily. Patients w/ severe renal impairment or moderate or severe hepatic impairment max 5 mg/ day Contraindication: urinary retention, severe GI condition, myasthenia gravis, narrow angle glaucoma, patients undergoing hemodialysis, severe renal impairment, severe or moderate hepatic impairment
Special Precautions:significant bladder outflow obstruction, GI obstruction disorders & decreased GI mortility, severe renal & moderate to severe hepatic impairment, pregnancy & lactation
Adverse Reactions: dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, dry eyes, dry skin .
Drug Interaction: ketoconazole, ritonavir, nelfinavir, itraconazole, verapamil, diltiazem, rifampicin, phenytoin, carbamazepine
